SmartCommute is provided “as is” for informational purposes. Please read the key limitations and acceptable use rules below.

Informational service

SmartCommute provides commute-oriented information such as bus arrival estimates and MRT station crowd context. This information can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect due to upstream data changes, disruptions, or network conditions.

You remain responsible for validating official announcements and signage and for deciding whether it is safe and appropriate to travel.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to overload the service or scrape it excessively.
  • Do not use automated tools to bypass rate limits or access controls.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
